The Immigrant Museum is the result of 20 years of Quique’s work as a poet and performer in Washington DC. This book continues a tradition of doing things our way, in the spirit of artistic exploration and collaboration. To create this art book, we hooked up with Raices de Papel, a Mexico City-based graphics and binding workshop that uses all natural handmade papers. Each poem of this limited–edition book is accompanied by unique graphics and unusual page layouts designed by Raices de Papel.
Cost: $25 — By purchasing this book, you are not only supporting Quique and Sol & Soul, but artisans in Mexico too. Yes, this is our version of globalization.
If would like to order a copy of the book, please email your name and address to [email protected]. We will mail the book to you with an invoice.
